About Skyview Magic Lodge
Located at 625 metres above sea level and 300 metres above the Wakatipu Basin, the Skyview farm has grown as an organic
horticultural experience for Jef and Robina.
Planting 200-300 trees every year, growing crops, hay, personal vegetables and fruit, natives, herbs, and numerous other
things, there is also an array of walking/running tracks throughout the property offering incredible views in all
directions.

There are paddocks of long natural grass, stands of sugar maples, blocks of Douglas fir, larch, cedars, poplars, silver
and paper birch, cypress, eucalyptus, walnuts, many other exotic species, and small fruit orchards.
A small pond attracts varieties of wild ducks, many quail skirt around the buildings, NZ falcons are frequent visitors as
are numerous Australasian harriers (hawks).
A creek runs through the property in a rugged and undeveloped portion of the land where plans are underway for a technical
mountain biking track.
As the property boundary runs along the edge of the face of the Crown Terrace, an elevated lofty atmosphere is always
imminent. 168 acres of quiet, views, solitude, privacy.
